1. The petitioner has filed a civil suit praying for relief of permanent injunction. The application for temporary injunction was rejected by learned trial Court vide order dated 28.11.2020. The petitioner has preferred an appeal

WP227 No. 495 of 2021 before the Appellate Court in which the petitioner has filed application for grant of interim relief for status-quo which has not been decided by the Appellate Court.

2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petition may be disposed of with direction to the learned Appellate Court .

3. Considering the submission made, the writ petition is disposed off at motion stage. The learned Appellate Court, ADJ, Pendra road District Bilaspur is directed to expedite the proceedings in Civil Appeal No.01/2021 and also consider the application preferred by petitioner for grant interim relief at the earliest. It is also directed that civil appeal filed by the petitioner be considered and decided within a period of two months.
