1. Counsel appearing for the respondents makes a statement that department has now received an official communication from the concerned Ministry for granting the benefits to the petitioner so far as the conducting of the review DPC in the light of the gradation list being rectified and counsel for the respondent further undertakes that compliance would be done within a period of two months.
2. At this juncture, this Court is of the opinion that nothing further remains to be proceeded with the matter. Hoping that the respondents would keep their words in letter and spirit the present contempt petition stands disposed off.
3. Reserving the right of the petitioner to approach this Court, in case, if any grievance still survives.
