1. The Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the default pointed out by the Registry has since been cured.

2. Perusal of the record would reveal that the order under challenge is one which has been passed by the Collector, District Koriya dated 04.05.2019 under the policy of the State Government dated 02.04.2008. There is a channel of appeal provided against the order of Collector and as per the said circular, the second appeal lies to the Divisional Commissioner.

3. Given the fact that, there is already a forum provided for preferring second appeal, the present Writ Petition in its present form is not maintainable. Reserving the right of the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal before the Commissioner.
