Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 05.07.2018.
1.
The grievance of the petitioner is that against the order of suspension dated 01.06.2018, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the appellate authority on 11.06.2018 and the appeal is still pending consideration.
2.
Considering the relevant dates in the instant case it would reveal that it is less than a month's time that the petitioner has preferred the present writ petition and has not waited for a reasonable time period for the appellate authority to decide the appeal. 3.
Given the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is not inclined to entertain this petition. However, the petition is disposed of
with a direction to the appellate authority to ensure that the appeal preferred by the petitioner is decided at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
4.
It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to make available copy of this order before the appellate authorities. 5.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge inder
