1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that some amount of provident fund and leave encashment from 01.04.2001 to 31.10.2001 is pending with the SECL which the SECL in turn has sent to respondent No.5 Central Coalfields Limited PF, but yet, it has not been considered and decided.
2. Be that as it may, the SECL and respondent No.5 both are directed to consider and decide the dispute by way of mutual discussion and
deliberation within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by a reasoned and speaking order.
3. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
