(1) The petitioner has challenged the order of suspension dated 12.04.2005 issued by respondent No. 4; and also challenged the order of reversion dated 9.9.2005 so far as it relates to reversion of the petitioner to the post of LDT issued by the respondent No. 4. (2) Learned counsel for respondent No. 4 would submit that the petitioner is working on the post of U.D.T. with effect from 1.3.2012 , as such, his order of reversion has been revoked and he is being paid
salary on the post of Upper Division Clerk and suspension has been revoked.
(3) At this stage, counsel for the petitioner would submit that he would be entitled for the salary on the post of Upper Division Clerk. (4) Since in the writ petition, no such claim has been made, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation to the respondent No. 4 for salary, if not paid, and in turn the respondent No. 4 would consider and proceed with the same in accordance with law. (5) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
