1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has preferred an appeal against the order dated 31-10-2000 and still it has not been decided.

2. Be that as it may, the State/respondent No.1 is directed to decide the said appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of production of copy of this order.

3. In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of.

4. However, the petitioner is at liberty to proceed further depending upon the appellate order.
