1. This petition has not been brought being aggrieved by any specific order. The only prayer is made to issue direction to the learned Family Court for expediting the proceeding in Civil Suit No.296 of 2018 and conclude the same as early as possible within a time frame.

2. It is submitted that the petitioner has filed a divorce petition under Section 13(1)(A) of the Hindu Marriage Act, on 23.04.2018, which is pending since long. The proceeding in the case was stayed on account of stay order of this Court in W.P.(227) No.638 of 2019, but this petition has been disposed off by this Court on 06.08.2021, therefore, there is no hindrance for further proceeding of the case and the learned Family

-2Court may be directed for speedy disposal of the case.

3. After considering on the submissions, the petition is disposed off at the motion stage. The learned Family Court is directed to expedite the proceeding and conclude the same within a period of 04 months from the date this order is passed.
