1. The present M.C.C. has been filed seeking restoration of F.A.M. No. 192/2015.

2. The instant M.C.C. has been filed within the prescribed period of limitation.

3. On 10.06.2020 the F.A.M. No. 192/2015 was called twice for hearing and in the absence of any representation the same was dismissed.

4. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and reasons assigned in para No. 3 of the instant M.C.C., this Court is satisfied that the said F.A.M. was called for hearing, the counsel for the applicant did not appear due to just and sufficient reason.

5. Consequently, the M.C.C. is allowed. The said F.A.M. is restored to its original number.

6. The M.C.C. is disposed off accordingly.
