1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition seems to be the alleged illegal encroachment upon the private property belonging to the petitioner situated in Patwari Halka No. 38 in Village:

-2Kaurinbhatha Tahsil and District: Rajnandgaon bearing Khasra Nos. 13, 14, 15/1, 16/1 and 37, 11/43 corresponding areas measuring 0.1620, 0.1660, 0.0660, 0.0530, and 0.05 - 1⁄2 of (0021 khasra no.) hectare. The dispute is regarding Khasra No. 37 measuring 0.0530 hectares by the respondent State Government in the course of construction of the Police Training School at the aforesaid site.

2. According to the counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has got the property demarcated, so also in the demarcation report it is reflected that the property is one which belongs to the petitioner.

3. Given the said facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the opinion that let the petitioner approach the Respondent No. 2 and 3 who shall in turn scrutinize the representation of the petitioner. On due consideration if it is found that the petitioner's property has been taken over in the course of construction of a Police Training School at the aforesaid location then the Respondent No. 2 and 3 shall take appropriate steps in-accordance-with law ensuring redressal of the petitioner's grievance.

4. Let petitioner approach the respondent no. 2 and 3 by way of a representation to be made within a period of three weeks and the respondent no. 2 and 3 shall in turn take a decision on the said representation within a further period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
