This application has been filed for recall the order dated 4.8.2016. On that day, Learned Counsel for the Respondent did not appear in the Court. Now this application by a fresh Counsel has been filed and the explanation given is that Respondent-husband (Petitioner herein) was unwell, therefore, he could not appear before the Court. There is no explanation why the Counsel who was appearing in Court, could not appear in this case. 2.
