The dispute raised by the petitioner in this petition is in respect of Earned Leave which he is entitled for on his superannuation. 2.
The petitioner submits that on his retirement the respondents have not released the benefit of Earned Leave that he was otherwise entitled for.

Given the facts, this court does not intend to keep this petition pending any further and the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.1 to consider the case of the petitioner and to ensure that appropriate order is passed. In case if the petitioner is entitled for Earned Leave, the same should be released to him forthwith within an outer limit of 90 days from today. In addition to the representation (Annexure P/3) made to the respondent No.3, let
a fresh representation be made by the petitioner to the respondent No.1 within a period of 10 days from today.
