1. Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that after the order was passed by this Court, an amount of Rs.91433/- towards arrears of salary has been paid.

2. In view of the aforesaid occasion, no further steps are required to be taken in the contempt petition. However, if the petitioner disputes the quantum part, his remedy would be to file separate petition.
