1. Heard.
2. The petitioners are daily wage employees working under Public Works Department at Balod. They preferred this writ petition to direct the respondent authorities to regularise them.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners urged that the petitioners will file fresh representation before respondent No.2, Engineer-in-Chief, Raipur. Their matter is squarely covered by order dated 16.05.2017 passed in Writ Petition (S) No. 1703 of 2015 and analogous petitions. Thus, respondent No.2 may be directed to dispose off said representations within stipulated time in the light of the aforesaid order.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, aforesaid order, without commenting anything on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed off with this direction that the petitioners may file fresh representation before the respondent No. 2 within 30 days from the date of receipt of this order. The respondent No.2 shall decide the said representations, within 90 days from the date of receipt of such representations, in accordance with the law and the procedure.
