1. These two petitions under Section 482 of the CrPC have been filed by the petitioner against the registration of FIR against him for the offence punishable under Section 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tries (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
2. Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that the offence has been investigated and no offence is found to have been
committed by the petitioner and consequently, final report (closure report) under Section 173 of the CrPC has been submitted before the Special Judge (Atrocities), Janjgir on 14-10-2017.
3. As such, both the CRMPs are closed reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to file fresh as and when cause of action arises in future.
