This is an appeal against an ex-parte decree and judgment of divorce passed by the Family Court on 09.05.2018.

Learned counsel for the appellant argued that as the impugned judgment and decree has been passed ex-parte, the appellant is willing to take appropriate remedy available under the law for setting aside ex-parte decree.

Considering the aforesaid prayer, we are inclined to allow the appellant to withdraw this appeal with the liberty to take appropriate remedy for setting aside the ex-parte decree.
