Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the Tahsildar and Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Kota have demolished the boundary wall and temple of the petitioner without affording any opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and without authority of law for which the petitioner has made representation before the Collector on 23.10.2017 but it has not been considered and decided till date. 2.
Be that as it may, the Collector, Bilaspur is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
