1. The limited grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a person who was given a work of hair cutting at the various Hostel's/Ashrams run by the respondents No. 2 to 4. However, in-spite of many years have been passed, the petitioner till date has not been paid monetary due that he was entitled for. The petitioner further submit that the respondents have till date never disputed the entitlement of the petitioner. The petitioner has been

approaching the authorities for a considerable period of time but with no effective response on the same.

2. Given the limited nature of grievance that the petitioner has raised, this Court is of the opinion that disposal of the writ petition at this juncture would meet ends of justice. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to file a fresh claim/representation before the respondents No. 2 to 5 and the respondents are directed to duly scrutinize the same. If the petitioner is found entitled for any payment, the same shall be cleared at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days positively from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
