1. Heard counsel for the parties.

2. Petitioner has preferred this writ petition to direct the respondentauthority to consider and decide the matter of the petitioner within a stipulated period.

3. Petitioner is working as Assistant Engineer and posted at Public Works Department, Jagdalpur.

4. Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this writ petition may be disposed of directing the respondent No.1 to decide the representation of the petitioner Annexure P/3 dated 05/08/2016.

5. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of both the parties, the instant writ petition is disposed of with this direction that if Annexure P/3 dated 05/08/2016 is pending and has not decided then the respondent No. 1 shall decide the Annexure P/3

within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, according to the law and procedure. This Court has not touched the merits of the case.
