1. The limited grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a person who was given the work of hair cutting at various Hostels/Ashrams run by the respondents. However, in-spite of many years have passed, the petitioner till date has not been paid monetary due that he was entitled for. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have till
date never disputed the entitlement of the petitioner. The petitioner has been approaching the authorities for a considerable period of time but with no effective response on the same.
2. Given the limited nature of grievance that the petitioner has raised, this Court is of the opinion that disposal of the writ petition, at this juncture, would meet ends of justice. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to file a fresh claim/representation before the respondents and the respondents are directed to duly scrutinize the same. If the petitioner is found entitled for any payment, the same shall be cleared at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days positively from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
3. The present writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. Sd/- P. Sam Koshy Judge Khatai
