1. Heard.

2. The present petition is filed for the reason that the petitioner and his family members are holding certain land at Village Ramhepur, District Kabirdham and they have filed an application for mutation and demarcation before the Tehsildar, Bodla, District Kabirdham, which is pending since 26.02.2019 but the mutation and demarcation has not been carried out though the several applications have been made and the same proved to be futile and nothing transpired, therefore, the said authority may be directed to decide the same.

3. Without going into the merits of this matter, since the application has been filed before Tehsildar, Bodla, District Kabirdham and only the prayer has been made about demarcation and mutation of the land, if said application is pending, the Tehsildar, Bodla, District Kabirdham is directed to decide the same within a further period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
