1. The limited relief that the petitioner seeks for at this juncture is for an appropriate direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation claiming for time bound pay-scale on completion of the requisite length of service in a particular post.
2. According to the counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has been appointed as a Machine Shop Instructor and he has been working under the respondents till his retirement on 31.03.2021. However, interms- of the circular of the respondents/State, he has not been given
the benefit of time bound pay-scale which the employees of the respondents are entitled for.
3. The State Counsel however submits that subject to verification of the entitlement part of the petitioner in-terms-of the circulars governing the field, the claim of the petitioner shall be decided at the earliest.
4. Given the submission by the counsel appearing on either side, the present writ petition at this juncture is disposed of directing the State/Respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner so far as his entitlement and claim for time bound pay-scale is concerned. Let an appropriate decision be taken at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
