Present MCC has been filed seeking modification in the order dated 26/06/2018 passed in CONT No. 394/2018 in as much as though an order of bailable warrant of Rs.10,000/- was issued, but inadvertently, the amount of issuance of bailable warrant was not mentioned in the order sheet. 2.

Accordingly, the original order dated 26/06/2018 passed in CONT No. 394/2018 is ordered to be deleted and be substituted by the correct order dated 26/06/2018 which may be placed on record. 3.
