After some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the concerned Magistrate having jurisdiction for the grievance. 2.

It is made clear that the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the concerned Magistrate for his grievance that the offence for which report was made lesser offence has been registered.
