After arguing for sometime, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an application before the learned Family Court after the pending conciliation proceeding, is over.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off at motion stage. The learned Family Court is directed to expedite the proceeding in the conciliation matter and subsequent to that, if any application is filed by the parties, for waiving off the cooling period under Section 13 (B) of the Hindu Marriage Act, then the same may be considered in light of the judgment passed by the Supreme Court in case of Amardeep Vs. Harveen Kaur, reported in (2017) 8 SCC 746.
