Today the case is listed under office reference for correcting the cause title in the order dated 05.08.2021 passed by this Court in CRMP No. 559 of 2021 (Tikaram Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & others).

Perused the order dated 05.08.2021 passed by this Court in CRMP No. 559 of 2021 wherein it is found that in place of parties names of CRMP No. 559 of 2021, parties names of CRA No. 559 of 2021, have wrongly been typed.

Accordingly, it is directed that in the order dated 05.08.2021 passed by this Court in CRMP No. 559 of 2021, the following be read as parties names of CRMP No. 559 of 2021 in the cause title:- " CRMP No. 559 of 2021 Tikaram, S/o Salikram Rathiya, Aged About 33 Years, R/o Village Balpeda, Tahsil & Police Station- Dharamjaigarh, DistrictRaigarh (C.G.) --- Petitioner
