Hon'ble Shri Justice Narendra Kumar Vyas Order On Board 18.08.2021 1.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with a prayer that direction be issued to respondent No. 1 to 4 to register FIR against respondent No. 5 to 11 as per direction of learned Special Judge (Atrocities), Durg, District- Durg (C.G.) vide order dated 12.01.2021 (Annexure P/4).

As the petitioner may very well pray before concerned Special

Judge (Atrocities) for redressal of his grievance, therefore, this writ petition at this juncture is not maintainable and the same is liable to be disposed of at this stage.

However, petitioner is at liberty to move application before the concerned Court, who in turn, will decide the application of the petitioner in accordance with law.

With these observations and directions, this writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the petitioner.
