Counsel for the petitioner submits that a fair price shop alloted to the petitioner has been suspended only at the instance of a letter issued by the local M.L.A., and the order of suspension has been passed without conducting any sort of physical verification or a preliminary enquiry nor has any show-cause notice or any complaint received by the petitioner at any point of time.

Counsel for the State prays for some time to seek instructions from the respondents both on merits as also on interim relief. Given the said submission, let reply be filed by the respondents/State within a period of four weeks.
