At the outset, Mr. Chakrabarty, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the

petitioner may be permitted to make representation before the respondent No.2 highlighting his all grievances.

Mr. Patankar, learned counsel for the respondent Bank, would submit that the petitioner's representation will be considered and decided expeditiously.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make a representation to the respondent No.2 within 2 weeks from today highlighting his all grievances. On such representation being made, the respondent No.2 is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation within next 6 weeks.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to cost (s).
