The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.301/2017 registered in Police Station Baikunthpur, District Koriya Chhattisgarh for offence punishable under sections 420, 120-B, 201 of IPC and Section 66(c) of I.T. Act. 2.
As per the prosecution case, the present applicant in order to help out the complainant to withdraw money from the ATM withdrew amount of Rs.76,000/-.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that other co-accused has been enlarged on bail, applicant is in jail since 27/02/2018 and charge sheet has been filed. He submits that applicant was shown by the police before identification was carried out, no further investigation is necessary, therefore the applicant may be released on bail. 4.
Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.
Considering the facts of this case, other co-accused has been enlarged on bail by this court on 2/07/2018 vide M.Cr.C. No.4394/2018 and by the coordinate bench of this court on 26/06/2018 vide M.Cr.C.
No.3720/2018, charge sheet has been filed, no further investigation is necessary, this court is inclined to release the applicant on bail. 6.
Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on his furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for his regular appearance before it as and when directed.
