The present petition has been filed under Section 378(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of leave to appeal against the judgment of acquittal dated 15.12.2017 passed in Special Criminal Case No.12/2016 by Special Judge (N.D.P.S. Act), Jashpur.
The petition being arguable is admitted for consideration.
Leave as prayed for is granted.
Let this CRMP be registered as Acquittal Appeal. After registration of regular appeal, issue notice to respondents on payment of process free as per rules making the same returnable in twelve weeks.
