Agrawal Order On Board 05/07/2018 (1) This writ petition has been filed seeking relief to provide compensation stating that his land has been acquired by the respondents.

(2) Learned counsel appearing for the respondents/State would submit that earlier the petitioner has filed writ petition for the same relief i.e. Writ Petition (C) No. 1613 of 2014 {Surendra Singh Pawar Vs. The State of Chhattisgarh) and, therefore, new writ petition for the same relief cannot be entertained.

(3) I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. (4) Since the petitioner's earlier writ petition (C) No. 1613 of 2014 has been disposed of by this Court directing the Collector, Bilaspur to consider the grievance of the petitioner and take appropriate decision and in that case, the proceeding has already been initiated by the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Pendra Road, which is apparent from Annexure P-3 dated 05.06.2015 & 17.09.2014, therefore, instant writ petition for the same relief cannot be entertained.

(5) Accordingly, the writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach before this Court if his grievance is not redressed, as directed by this Court by order dated 21.08.2014 passed in Writ Petition (C) No. 1613 of 2014.
