1. This is a second bail application filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the Applicant.

2. First bail of the Applicant filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. was dismissed as withdrawn and liberty was given in favour of the Applicant that in the event of her surrender before the Trial/Lower Court and filing of regular bail application on her behalf, the same shall be decided by the said Court on the date of its filing.

3. After perusal of second bail application, I do not found any new ground to entertain the present bail application.

4. Accordingly, the instant bail application is dismissed at motion stage itself.
