1. The petitioner has filed this petition with limited grievance regarding inaction on the part of the respondents in deciding petitioner's application for Inter State regular stage carriage permit on the route Jagdalpur to Sinapali via Karpawand, Kolawal, Singsari, Umarkot, Jharigaon, Chandrahandi, Behra, Devbhog and one return trip. It is stated that the application was submitted on 01.10.2018, but till date, it has not been decided.

2. On the other hand, learned State counsel submits that if any such application is pending before the authority, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law as early as possible.

3. Taking into consideration the submission of learned counsel for the parties, this petition is finally disposed of with a direction to consider and decide the petitioner's application for grant of Inter State regular stage carriage permit within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
