1. M.Cr.C. No.2411/2015 relates to Crime No.201/2014, for offence under Sections 379, 411, 414/34 of the IPC registered in Police Station Chhuriya, District Rajnandgaon.
2. M.Cr.C. No.2412/2015 relates to Crime No.263/2014, for offence under Sections 379, 411, 414/34 of the IPC, registered in Police Station Chhuriya, District Rajnandgaon.
3. M.Cr.C. No.2429/2015 relates to Crime No.433/2014, for offence under Sections 379, 411, 414/34 of the IPC, registered in Police Station Dongargarh, District Rajnandgaon.
4. The aforesaid MCrCs are being disposed of by this common order, as they arise out of the same incident.
5. It is alleged that the accused persons have committed theft of 5 trucks for which, five different offence has been registered in different police stations. It is said that the vehicle was purchased by co-accused Saiyad Nisar and thereafter, the vehicle was handed over to the present applicants for painting and changing the number plates.
6. Co-accused Saiyad Nisar has already been released on bail in M.Cr.C.
No.1638 of 2015, whereas co-accused Mohd. Arif has also been released on bail in two crime numbers in M.Cr.C. No.2281 and 2284 of 2015.
7. Considering the facts situation of the case and the fact that charge sheet has already been filed, therefore, the custodial interrogation of the applicants is not required, this Court is inclined to release the applicants on bail. Accordingly, all the three bail applications are allowed and the applicants are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 25,000/- with two local sureties for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. They are directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court. VACATION JUDGE Praveen
