1. This is first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking grant of regular bail to the applicant in connection with Crime No. 346 of 2020 registered at Police Station Mahasamund, District Mahasamund (C.G) for the offences punishable u/ss 394 of IPC.

2. As per the prosecution case,a report was filed by one Tuka Ram Sahu on 17.7.2020 that while he was awaiting at the Bus-stand, the applicant along-with other accused came there and looted a mobile and cash of Rs.5000/- from him.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the applicant has been falsely implicated on a simple incident and the report has been made no further evidence is required, therefore, he may be enlarged on bail.

4. Per contra, learned state Cousnel opposes the bail application. He submits that the applicant has past

antecedents and as many as six criminal cases stand registered against him.

5. Perused the statement of Tukaram. Considering the statement of complainant and further as stated by learned State Counsel that against the applicant six cases of similar nature already stands registered against him, I am not inclined to allow this bail application. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected.
