The limited prayer that the petitioner at this juncture makes is that pursuant to Annexure P/1 dated 05.03.2020, the petitioner had approached the respondent No. 2 and the matter is pending before the respondent No. 2, therefore an appropriate direction be given to the respondent No. 2 to decide the representation/appeal of the petitioner against the order dated 05.03.2020.

2. The limited prayer is not opposed by the State Counsel.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the representation/appeal that the petitioner has preferred against the order dated 05.03.2020 in accordance with law at the earliest preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
