This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.358 of 2014, registered at Police Station-Supela, Distt.Durg (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 457 and 380/34 of the IPC.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the instant bail application may be disposed of directing the trial Court to expedite the trial. 3.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. 4.

Accordingly, the bail application is disposed of. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
