1. Heard.

2. The present petition is filed with a prayer to direct the respondent authorities to decide the mutation proceedings of revenue case No.59A-76/2017-2018 which is pending at the behest of the petitioner before the Nayab Tehsildar, Saraipali, District Mahasamund (C.G.). The only prayer has been made in this petition that the revenue case may be decided within a stipulated period, since it is pending since 03.07.2018.

3. Considering the limited prayer made, without any observation on merits, it is directed that the revenue case No.59A-76/2017-2018 shall be decided within a further outer limit of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
