Earlier by order dated 14.06.2021, 15 days time was granted to the petitioner to deposit the amount. Subsequently again MCC having been filed the same was again allowed on 20.07.2021 whereby 15 days time was further extended. Again the present MCC has been filed to comply with the initial order dated 26.03.2021 which finds place in the order dated 20.07.2021.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that sale

certificate has already been issued in favour of the auction purchaser. In view of the same, no further time can be extended. Accordingly, the MCC stands disposed off.
