Perusal of the petition would show that against a report made in the Police Station Moudhapara, Raipur, the FIR was registered bearing No.253/2014 under Section 376 of I.P.C.

In this petition, the prayer is made to call for the record and thereafter quash the crime so far as the applicant is concerned. 3.

Since the FIR has been made and the matter is still under investigation, the investigation cannot be stalled at this stage. 4.

Consequently, the petition has no merit and is accordingly dismissed at the motion stage itself.
