2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicants,

who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.301/2020 registered at Police Station Khamtarai, Civil and Revenue District Raipur (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 147, 148, 149 of the IPC and Sections 25, 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The applicants along with other co-accused persons formed an unlawful assembly and assaulted injured Monu Jaiswal by means of club and knife causing two incised wounds over his shoulder. It is said that two groups of truck owners/employees including driver, conductor etc raised an altercation, in which, the injured has sustained injuries.

4. Considering the fact that the applicants are in jail since 14.7.2020 and the charge sheet has already been filed, this Court is inclined to release the applicants on regular bail.

5. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and the applicants are directed to be released on bail on each of them furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. They are directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
