Single Bench:Hon'ble Shri Sanjay S. Agrawal, J Order On Board 07.07.2021 Heard on I.A. No.01/2016, an application for condonation of delay of 2 days in filing this petition.

On due consideration and for the reasons assigned therein, which is duly supported by an affidavit, I am inclined to allow the same.

The application is allowed and delay is accordingly condoned. I.A. No.01/2016 stands disposed of.

Also heard on admission.

This M.C.C. has been filed for restoration of WP(227) No.177/2016, which was dismissed by this Court for non-compliance of the pre-emptory order dated 15.03.2016.

On due consideration and for the reasons assigned in the application for restoration of the said petition, I am inclined to allow the same.

Accordingly, the instant M.C.C. is allowed and WP(227) No.177/2016 is restored to its original number. No order as to costs.
