1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.106/2020 registered in Police Station Civil Lines, Raipur, District Raipur for offence under Section 20 B of the NDPS Act.

2. Apart from the fact that the applicant has been found to be in illicit possession of 8 kg of Ganja, he is also involved in committing similar offence in the past.
