This is an application under Section 438 of CrPC for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicants as they apprehend their arrest in connection with Crime No. 162 of 2021 registered at Police Station Dharamjaigarh, District- Raigarh, Chhattisgarh for commission of offenses punishable under Sections 409 and 34 of IPC.

Learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission of this Court for withdrawal of bail application and prays for a direction to the Court below to consider the application for grant of regular bail upon surrender of applicants on the same day.

Learned State counsel submits that he has no objection to above submission of learned counsel for the applicants.
