1. The appellant has filed this appeal against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 31.10.2013 rendered by Additional Sessions Judge, FTC, Mahasamund, C.G. in S.T. No.66/2013 whereby and whereunder the appellant has been convicted under Sections 4 of the POCSO Act read with Section 376 of the I.P.C., 323 and 506 of the I.P.C. and under Section 6(ठ) and 6(ढ) of the POCSO Act and sentenced him to undergo

CRA No. 1195 of 2013 imprisonment for life amongst other sentences.

2. As per report received from Central Jail, Raipur, sole appellant - Himmatlal has died on 15.05.2019.

3. There is no application for prosecuting the appellant on behalf of legal heirs/ dependants.
