This petition has not been directed against any specific order passed by the Court below. It is submitted that the petitioner has filed application under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act praying for decree of divorce. The application was filed on 08-02-2019 in which after appearance of the respondent side the case was pending for evidence, after which the lock down came into effect and normal functioning of the courts are suspended. It is submitted that a specific direction be issued to learned Family Court to expedite and conclude the proceeding in the concerned case. 2.

Considered on the submission. Without notice to the respondent side this petition is disposed off with a direction to learned Family Court to take up the case expeditiously and conclude the trial as early as possible after the normal functioning of the courts are restored.
