1. The claim of the petitioner in the present writ petition is for quashment of Annexure P-1 inheritance/ succession certificate issued by the Collector District Bastar Division, Jagdalpur dated 03.06.2020.

2. Perusal of the pleadings primarily reveals that the dispute in the present writ petition is between the petitioner and respondent No.6 who are mother and son. The dispute arises on the service related benefits that the legal heirs are entitled for, on the death of the father of the petitioner and husband of the respondent No.6 who died in harness working as a Teacher (LB) on 20.01.2020.

3. Considering the nature of dispute, this Court is of the opinion that petitioner for redressal of his grievance would have to approach the competent Civil Court for getting the succession certificate so far as payment receivable on the death of the deceased employee. Further so far as the non maintaining of the petitioner by the respondent No.6 is concerned are all facts which has to be taken care of by the employer who has to take appropriate steps in ensuring that the other dependents of the deceased would also be taken care of by the persons who has been granted compassionate employment.

4. Reserving the right of the petitioner to avail other appropriate remedies open to him, the writ petition accordingly stands disposed of.
