1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is entitled for annual increment from the date of petitioner's appointment and time bound promotion but that has not been granted for which he has already made representation.

2. Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to make fresh representation before the competent authority within four weeks and that will be considered and decided by the competent authority within six weeks from the date of receipt of representation in accordance with law.

3. With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
