The challenge is against the verdict dated 27.08.2020 passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ Petition (C) No.1787 of 2020.

The learned counsel for the Appellant submits that the Appellant could not participate in the bid for various reasons as mentioned in the representation already preferred before the Respondent-HPCL projecting the grievance where proper consideration is necessary. The same is still to be considered and finalized. The learned counsel seeks for permission to withdraw the appeal without prejudice to the rights and liberties of the Appellant to pursue the said representation.

If any such representation is pending, it will be open for the RespondentHPCL to deal with the same and to pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
